VOLUNTEER IN THE COMMUNITY

Meet new people and make a difference in your community!

GBCDT Volunteering Opportunities:

Become a board member – The Board of the GBCDT are all volunteers who give their time to make strategic decisions for the organisation on behalf of the membership so volunteering is not only very important to us but integral to our vision and development. To provide further opportunities for residents to support the work of the GBCDT, learn new skills and experiences, encourage green health, lessen the financial burdens of the organisation and be able to influence the work we do.  If you are interested in contributing as a volunteer in this way, please get in touch.

There is an AGM in September and we will be seeking new additional member volunteers for board member roles to strengthen and enhance the work of the Board.

GBCDT Project Volunteers The GBCDT has ongoing projects ranging from a new Pontoon and Campervan Hook Up scheme to the soon to be launched Community Ebike scheme. We are seeking individuals who would like to offer a few hours a week or month to support these schemes. Full training and support materials including uniform will be provided.
